The training and onboarding process seemed generally okay at first, but I ended up being a bit frustrated by how it handled things that didn’t go smoothly. They offer some guidance on the software features, but when I hit a snag, the resources for troubleshooting weren’t as comprehensive as I had hoped. It meant I had to spend extra time trying to figure out certain tasks on my own, which stretched the onboarding period longer than planned. On the bright side, there was at least some telephonic support available, even though the wait times could have been shorter. I did appreciate that the support team didn’t rush me and tried to explain things clearly when I got through. However, I felt the training materials could have prepared me better for common errors or issues. Also, the system updates sometimes introduced minor changes without clear heads-up during the onboarding, which made it a little confusing. Overall, the experience was okay, and I did get the hang of the software eventually, but I wouldn’t describe the onboarding as swift or particularly smooth. This longer timeline was a bit of a letdown since I was eager to get fully operational quickly. For future improvements, better guidance for troubleshooting and clearer update notifications might help prevent similar delays for others starting out.
