When I started with WFHI, I realized that the training and onboarding process required a fair bit of figuring out on my own. The sessions were well-structured, but certain workflows, especially the dialer and database integration, took me some time to fully grasp. I appreciated that the training left room for exploration rather than spoon-feeding every detail, which helped me understand the software’s potential more deeply. The initial onboarding had some step-by-step guidance, but I found that I had to experiment and revisit training modules several times before feeling comfortable. It wasn’t frustrating necessarily, just a bit slow going. The calling tools worked well and helped me practice using the dialer effectively once I got the hang of it. So, while the process was longer than I expected, gaining confidence with the software over time made it worthwhile. I think this approach works well for folks like me who prefer self-paced learning blended with structured training.
