Training and onboarding theek nahi tha
You promised onboarding and training that would be comprehensive and straightforward, par woh expectation pura nahi hua mera nazariya se. Jab main training sessions start kar raha tha, they were supposed to guide me thoroughly on how to use the calling tools and manage the database efficiently. Lekin jo sessions diye gaye, they lacked depth and clarity in some important areas. It felt like a rushed process rather than a focused and detailed onboarding. Automatic updates ke bare mein bhi clear information nahi mili, jis se confusion hua. Support se baat ki toh kuch help mili, but overall, what was delivered did not match what was initially communicated. Main ye nahi kahunga ki sab kuch kharab tha, kuch parts theek the jaise ki invoice process thoda smooth tha, but overall disappointment hi raha. So, mera verdict simple hai — the training and onboarding did not meet my expectations as promised.
