Training and onboarding, the verdict is straightforward
The training program was sufficient, though much of what I needed to understand about managing remote workflows and using the calling features I had to figure out on my own. The sessions covered the basic setup well: signing in, using the dialer, and the database features, but I found myself spending additional time exploring the software independently to grasp some advanced functionalities. The onboarding flow was coherent and made the initial process seamless. Automatic updates didn’t complicate the learning curve, which was helpful. Even with some gaps, I didn’t feel lost; the platform allows one to learn at one’s own pace. Support was available if required, although I didn’t need to reach out personally beyond initial setup. Overall, the training and onboarding were adequate, allowing me to get productive steadily without overwhelming me, striking a balance between guided sessions and personal discovery.
