Training and onboarding: the terminology needs to be clearer
After completing the training and onboarding with WFHI, I found it necessary to share some honest feedback regarding the wording and labels used throughout the process. While many features were helpful, the choice of terms on the dashboard and within the tutorial sections often lacked clarity. Some buttons had labels that felt ambiguous, causing occasional confusion about whether I should click or wait for the system to update. On the positive side, the overall structure of the onboarding was organized logically, making it possible to learn the essentials in due time without feeling overwhelmed. However, the imprecise terminology detracted from a fully seamless experience and led to minor delays during calls and data entry. It is evident that some refinements in the training materials and software labeling could improve user comprehension significantly. Without this adjustment, I find it challenging to confidently recommend the training to others despite the useful content provided. My verdict is straightforward: the training offers good foundational knowledge but could benefit from clearer language throughout its components.
