Training and onboarding: the good and the not-so-good sides
I approached the training and onboarding expecting a comprehensive experience that would easily get me up to speed with the software, but the reality turned out to be mixed. On one hand, the initial training modules covered the basics well, including how to use the database and calling tools, which matched my expectations. These parts were clear and accessible, and I appreciated the automatic updates feature explained during onboarding that promised ongoing improvements. However, I found some of the deeper aspects of the workflow integration were not as well explained as I had hoped. There was a lack of detailed guidance on using the dialer alongside the database effectively over a longer period. This gap left me trying to figure out elements on my own, which felt counterproductive after such a structured intro. Additionally, the support communication was prompt but sometimes generic, not always tailored to my precise onboarding challenges. The invoicing and payment steps were straightforward though, which was a relief. Overall, while parts of the training met expectations, the experience could be improved by more thorough and personalized guidance through the software’s advanced features.
