training and onboarding: the good and the bad
The training was overall helpful, giving me a solid idea of how the software works and what to expect. The onboarding process walked me through the steps clearly, though some parts felt a bit rushed like the dialer setup. By the end, I was pretty confident in navigating the database feature and making calls with the built-in tools. The telephonic support during the early days of use also boosted my comfort level. However, I wish there had been a little more detailed follow-up material to revisit after the initial sessions. Signing up and making payments was smooth, with no surprises there. Honestly, for someone new to remote workflow software, this felt like a decent start, with just minor hiccups in pacing and details. I’d recommend this to others but suggest having patience during onboarding since some steps might not be fully explained.
