Training and onboarding – straightforward but some labels confused me
After spending quite some time with the training material and onboarding process, I have a fairly balanced view of how the user interface and language worked. Some sections had clear explanations and the instructions were easy to follow, which helped me get comfortable with the dialer and database features fairly quickly. However, other parts of the software had labels that didn't quite make sense right away, especially those related to the updating system and payment settings. It took me a few tries to understand what exactly certain buttons and options were meant to do. Onboarding was generally smooth, but the inconsistent wording sometimes meant I had to guess or look for support to clarify things. So overall, training was effective but could have been clearer, which is why I can't say it was perfect or poor – just somewhere in the middle.
