Training and Onboarding: Some positives mixed with drawbacks
Comparing WFHI's training and onboarding to systems I’ve used before, there are clear pros and cons. The onboarding was straightforward; signing up and getting access to the dashboard happened without issue. The initial training sessions covered the main software functionalities, especially the dialer and database tools, and these were decent for someone new. However, the overall pace felt slower than I expected from similar platforms. The training materials sometimes skipped deeper explanations, which left me seeking additional guidance. While the telephonic support was accessible, it wasn’t proactive in following up to ensure I was fully up to speed post-training. Automatic updates did bring improvements but occasionally required manual adjustments that weren’t clearly documented. In comparison to other training I experienced, WFHI's session felt less comprehensive and more reliant on self-learning. To sum up, the onboarding flow was efficient, but the training left gaps that could have been better filled based on my previous experience elsewhere.
