Training and onboarding: some good points but mostly confusing order
When I first started with the training and onboarding process, I noticed that the initial steps were clear and straightforward, especially signing up and accessing the database feature. That part was actually quite smooth, which I appreciated. However, once I moved past the basics, the sequence of later steps did not feel logical at all. For example, I was expected to configure the calling tools before receiving proper guidance on how to operate the dialer, which made practice difficult and frustrating. Also, some modules seemed to repeat information but at strange points in the flow, causing confusion rather than clarity. The telephonic support was responsive but couldn't clarify why certain parts of the onboarding came so late. Overall, the automatic updates during this period sometimes disrupted progress by needing re-login in the middle of sessions, which was annoying. While the initial introduction to the software’s dashboard was okay, it felt like a better structured and consistent flow would have been much more helpful. Sign-up and invoicing were straightforward, but ongoing learning suffered due to the less-than-sensible order of steps. I think they could really improve the user experience by reevaluating the sequence and making training more cohesive.
