Training and onboarding required steady effort but matched my understanding
I approached the training and onboarding with a clear expectation based on the prior descriptions; it would be comprehensive with a step-by-step introduction to the remote workflow software tools. In practice, the onboarding process followed a logical sequence that made sense and was consistent with what I had imagined before joining. Completing the training modules demanded some dedication and focused time from me, especially to grasp the full scope of the calling tools and database features properly. It wasn’t overly simplified nor excessively complicated, but I had to put in sustained effort to absorb the material. The software updates that rolled out automatically during this period didn't significantly disrupt my learning journey. Overall, the progression through the training was gradual and in line with my expectations, providing a solid foundational understanding. Looking back, the time invested during the onboarding phase was proportional to the understanding I gained, and I feel prepared to use the various features effectively. No surprises came up, which I appreciated, as everything matched the information given in advance to a good degree.
