Training and onboarding required consistent effort
My experience with WFHI training and onboarding was largely positive, although I must report some reservations. Initially, the steps laid out felt coherent and fairly well-structured, providing a solid foundation to understand remote workflows. However, progressing through the modules required more sustained effort than I had anticipated. The training sessions were informative but occasionally assumed a degree of familiarity with software functions that I had not yet developed. Consequently, I found myself revisiting earlier lessons to clarify doubts, which slowed down my overall pace. Despite this, the resources provided were comprehensive, and by the end of the onboarding period, I felt reasonably confident about navigating the software and utilizing the calling tools effectively. My only complaint lies in the intensity and repetition of certain segments that made the journey somewhat more taxing. The database feature integration, for instance, was crucial but took extra time to master given the lack of intermediate checkpoints. Sign-up and payment processing went smoothly, with invoices arriving promptly, which helped maintain momentum. Overall, while the training built my confidence, it demanded more persistence than expected, and a bit more incremental guidance could have eased the transition significantly.
