Training and onboarding order: sensible, in my view
I found the training and onboarding steps offered by WFHI to be in a sensible order overall. The introductory modules started with the basics, which helped build a foundation before moving on to more complex topics. This was good because it prevented information overload from the beginning. However, I did notice that some of the hands-on training exercises required access to certain software features that weren't available until later in the onboarding sequence. This caused a bit of confusion and slowed my progress until I realized those steps were coming up afterward. Despite this, I appreciate that the flow encouraged gradual learning without rushing me ahead too quickly. The training staff were also responsive when I had questions about the sequencing. So on balance, I would describe the onboarding structure as thoughtfully planned and effective; it might benefit from a slight reshuffling of specific exercises, but that’s a minor point. Bottom line: the order made good sense, and I felt well prepared through it all.
