Training and onboarding not for seasoned users

I recently started with the WFHI training and onboarding, comparing it with my previous experiences at other platforms. Initially, setting up the account was quite straightforward, but as I proceeded, I found the training modules shallow and sometimes repetitive. The onboarding flow lacked the interactive pacing I was used to, which made it somewhat tedious over a couple of sessions. I particularly missed clear explanations for integrating the dialer with the database, an area where my old system excelled with tutorials. The call tools provided here felt under-explained, requiring additional self-learning. However, I must say the automatic updates were seamless and didn’t disrupt my ongoing work. This might suit beginners who appreciate a basic structure and can accommodate slower pacing. But for those expecting detailed, step-by-step training aligned with professional expectations, this may not be the best fit. Overall, it felt like a downgrade from what I had, especially considering the higher price point. The telephonic support was reachable but not very proactive in assisting during the challenging parts of the onboarding. In conclusion, WFHI’s training and onboarding might be okay for newcomers but falls short for someone seeking a comprehensive and efficient start.
