Training and onboarding: not for everyone
My experience with WFHI’s training and onboarding was mixed. The initial setup involved a one-time effort to understand the software and the database features, which was manageable. However, some aspects required ongoing attention, especially dealing with updates that changed certain workflows unexpectedly. The dialer tool worked fine for the most part but occasionally needed manual adjustment. The training material covered basic functions well, but it assumed a certain level of prior knowledge, so beginners might find it tough. Telephonic support could clarify some doubts but was not always immediately available. Payment and invoicing processes were routine and straightforward, so no issues there. Overall, this system would suit someone comfortable with technology who can invest time initially and continue monitoring their usage. For those wanting a more hands-off onboarding, it might feel demanding. Having explained all this before, I would say it is a decent setup but with a bit of a learning curve and ongoing management needed.
