Training and onboarding not for beginners or those needing clear order
The training and onboarding sequence felt quite haphazard to me, and that was frustrating because I expected a more sensible progression of steps. The initial emails and instructions seemed disjointed; it wasn’t clear which step was supposed to come next, and the software features were introduced in an order that didn’t make much sense from a learning perspective. For someone like me who prefers a clear structure and logical build-up, this setup is probably not the best fit. It might work better for users who have prior experience with similar software or who are comfortable figuring things out independently. The telephonic support tried to help, but because the steps weren’t laid out straightforwardly, every call seemed to raise more questions than answers. Invoicing and payment sign-up were among the few clear parts, but overall the onboarding didn’t feel user-friendly, and I’m not sure I would recommend it to someone expecting a guided introduction.
