Reflecting on my experience with the WFHI training and onboarding, I found the instructions somewhat inconsistent. Some terminology used in the training was clear and intuitive, which made following the first few steps relatively easy. However, at times the labels in the software and training documents didn’t exactly match up with what I saw on screen, creating confusion. I recall spinning my wheels trying to identify which feature corresponded to which label in the database and calling tools. On the plus side, the overall flow of the onboarding did provide enough checkpoints to ensure progress. The training videos were helpful for establishing baseline knowledge, though they sometimes glossed over nuances that proved crucial later. In sum, this experience left me with a balanced perspective: while the process did help me get started, I had to double-check and clarify things on my own more often than I expected. So, I rate my onboarding as a three out of five because it was neither fully smooth nor completely baffling.
