Training and Onboarding: Mixed Feelings, But Manageable Overall
The onboarding program walked me through the basics but I found myself figuring out a lot of the dialer and database functionalities on my own. While the initial training covered important ground, the material sometimes missed practical nuances that came up only after I started using the software actively. That required extra time testing features independently, especially around call scheduling and handling the automatic updates that changed interface layouts. Although I can see the benefit of some self-learning, I would have preferred a bit more direct guidance to save time. Nonetheless, the training was enough to get the essentials down, and I expect with ongoing use I will become more efficient. So my overall verdict is that the onboarding is functional but leaves room for enhanced clarity and support in key areas which otherwise make using the software more intuitive.
