The training and onboarding were a bit of a mixed bag for me. On one hand, some parts of the training really aligned with the typical hours I work, which made learning pretty manageable and relevant. I appreciated that the training modules were structured so I could fit them into my evenings after office hours without feeling overwhelmed. However, other parts didn't quite consider the flexibility needed for remote workflows as much as I hoped. Some sessions were scheduled at fixed times which clashed with my personal commitments. The onboarding process itself was fairly straightforward, but I found that I had to figure out a few workarounds on my own when it came to integrating the software with my daily routine. In general, it was a neutral experience since the positives and negatives balanced out. I wouldn’t say it was exceptional or disappointing either. For those with a more traditional 9-5 schedule, it might fit better than it did for me.
