Training and onboarding might not suit beginners
My experience with the WFHI training and onboarding was somewhat disappointing due to lack of clarity in explanations. When I enrolled, I expected a thorough walkthrough of the entire system, including the calling tools, dialer, and database features. However, the instructions were often vague or too brief, leaving me unsure about how to proceed. The onboarding sequence didn’t cover some crucial details that I had to figure out on my own or by contacting support. Although the telephonic assistance was friendly, waiting times sometimes stretched longer than I’d like, hampering my progress. For someone familiar with similar software, the training might be manageable, but I believe it doesn’t suit beginners who need detailed, step-by-step guidance. Automatic updates did not come with sufficient user notes, adding to confusion. Billing and payment instructions were buried under other menus, making it a challenge to find them quickly. In summary, the training lacks the clarity and structure that would make the onboarding flow more accessible for new users.
