Training and Onboarding Labels Were Confusing
The onboarding experience with WFHI left me quite frustrated. The labels used throughout the training modules were often unclear and inconsistent, which made it hard to know exactly what step I was on or what was expected next. This caused a lot of unnecessary guesswork, especially early on when I was trying to set up the calling tools and database features. There was no straightforward explanation about certain terms used, which seemed to be repeated without definition. The flow didn’t help either—some training sections jumped abruptly without smooth transitions or proper context. I could appreciate that the training content itself was there, but the poor labeling and wording really held back the potential. Honestly, it felt like too much time was wasted on trying to decipher instructions instead of actually learning how to use the software efficiently. Overall, I can’t recommend the training as it stands because the language and setup just don’t make sense.
