Training and onboarding: labels and wording were clear
The training and onboarding process was good. The software labels and wording used throughout the program were clear and straightforward. This helped me feel confident in navigating the app without confusion. The steps for setting up workflows and using the dialer matched the descriptions given during training, so I didn't feel lost. The database feature was explained well, and updates appeared automatically without interrupting work. The telephonic support also used plain language that made assistance pleasant to receive. Overall, everything worked as expected in terms of wording and navigation. There was no mismatch between the training material and the actual software. Onboarding had a steady pace, and no critical terms were overlooked or ambiguous. I can say the labels and explanations within the system served their purpose adequately and met the standard I anticipated at the start. So, to sum it plainly, the wording and labels in training and onboarding were fine for my needs and communication was clear.
