training and onboarding kinda worked but kinda didn’t
Honestly, I was hoping the training would make the onboarding super straightforward, but it kinda felt like half and half. What worked was that the initial setup instructions were clear enough to get me started with the database and dialing tools, so I wasn't completely lost. They had some good videos and guides that helped me figure out the basics without needing too much outside help. But what I didn’t like much was the ongoing support for tweaking the workflow – it was pretty limited. I expected a little more help or maybe check-ins after the first few weeks, but that kind of didn't happen. Signing up and payments were easy, so no complaints there. The automatic updates sometimes changed the software without clear notes, which threw me off a few times. Basically, it wasn’t a total win but also not a failure. I got through the essential parts, but I feel the whole thing could be smoother for someone new to remote tools. For now, it’s usable but not a perfect fit yet based on the training and onboarding experience.
