Training and onboarding? Just didn’t make sense to me

The training and onboarding experience was genuinely frustrating for me. The wording used in the instructions was unclear and often seemed to contradict what I was actually seeing on the screen. Labels on buttons or menus didn’t match the descriptions given during onboarding, which made it really hard to understand what to click next. Despite my enthusiasm to get started, the mismatch between the labels and terms used left me confused rather than confident. The tutorials seemed promising at first, but the unclear language meant I didn’t feel ready after the session. Honestly, if I were to explain it to a friend, I would say the whole process feels like a confusing puzzle with pieces not quite fitting. It lacked consistency and clarity, which for anyone not technically savvy would be aggravating. I’m skeptical about continuing without clearer communication and better-aligned instructions going forward.
