Training and onboarding had both plus and minus sides
Reflecting back on the training and onboarding experience, I realize there were aspects that worked for me and others that did not. The training modules were generally clear, but the scheduled session timings often didn't align well with the hours I prefer to work. This mismatch made it challenging to attend live sessions regularly. The recorded materials helped, but I missed the real-time interaction. I also found that the onboarding flow could have been more flexible to adjust to my personal schedule, as some deadline-driven steps felt rushed. On the positive side, I appreciated that the training covered the software features extensively, which I needed given my limited prior experience. Still, the inconvenience caused by session hours means this wasn’t a perfect fit for my routine. Looking back, I wish there had been more options catering to varied working hours.
