Training and Onboarding Felt Unevenly Demanding
The onboarding and training process had a mixed impression for me. Most of the initial setup steps, such as account creation and software installation, were one-off tasks that I managed with some patience. However, the actual training sessions felt drawn out, with numerous modules requiring repeated attendance and follow-up activities that came across as ongoing obligations rather than straightforward learning. While the training materials were clear, the sheer volume of requirements made the process feel more tedious than efficient. The live coaching portions offered limited practical framework, and I found myself revisiting some basics multiple times due to a lack of clarity. Additionally, there was insufficient guidance on how to customize workflows after onboarding, meaning a fair amount of self-directed troubleshooting was necessary. Overall, the experience felt less like a fluid transition and more like a prolonged chore, which diminished my enthusiasm early on despite recognizing important content within the sessions.
