Training and onboarding felt thoda tricky, par samajhne layak tha
Mujhe lagta hai ki WFHI ki training session thodi complex thi, kyunki har cheez itni clearly nahi explain hui jitni ideally honi chahiye thi. Onboarding ke dauran kuch modules easily samajh aaye, jaise database integration aur calling tools ke basic functions. Lekin jab additional features ki baari aayi, toh instructions thodi unclear aur elaborate nahi thi. Ye thoda frustrating tha, kyunki mujhe baar-baar dubara samajhna pada aur kuch waqt zyada lag gaya jo maine expect kiya tha. Support team ne madad ki jab maine poocha, toh response theek tha par turant nahi mila. Mujhe lagta hai ki thoda aur structured aur step-wise training helpful hoti, especially un users ke liye jo naye hain remote workflows mein. Overall, onboarding experience mixed raha: kuch parts smooth, to kuch thode complex.
