Training and onboarding felt mostly solid but room to improve
Compared to the other remote workflow software I’ve experienced, WFHI’s training and onboarding felt generally well organized and targeted. I remember reaching the stage where they introduced the dialer tool and database features through the training modules; that moment stood out as particularly effective visually and in terms of example scenarios presented. It made understanding the workflow feel achievable. However, some parts of the onboarding process were a bit generic, which made it harder to connect them immediately with my specific work context. While the automatic updates were seamlessly integrated, occasionally I wished the onboarding included more personalized touchpoints or live Q&A sessions to tackle doubts in real time. Still, overall, the system’s onboarding gave me enough to start confidently managing calls and client data remotely, so the whole experience, if I had to sum it up, was “Mostly solid” with a hint of room for deepening practical examples and interactivity early on.
