Training and onboarding felt like a dragging loop

Honestly, I found the whole training and onboarding process quite frustrating. There was a lot of repetition everywhere. Every module seemed to repeat the same points in different words which made it quite exhausting to keep focusing. I waited for days before I could really get started with using the dialer tool and accessing the database feature properly. The onboarding steps weren't very clear or well organized, so I kept going back and forth looking for where I was supposed to go next. The training sessions sometimes started late or felt rushed, which added to the confusion. Even signing up and making payments took longer than I expected since I wasn't sure if the invoice had gone through. The automatic updates didn’t always work seamlessly either, sometimes causing me to lose my place and have to redo some parts of training I had already completed. Telephonic support was available but I often found the wait times quite irritating. All in all, this felt like a slow, clunky process with very little new information. I guess the only thing that worked decently was the software interface itself once everything was finally set up, simple enough to navigate and use. But the whole preparation experience left me feeling tired and wishing it could just be quicker and less repetitive.
