Training and onboarding felt like a continuous struggle

From day one, the training and onboarding process with WFHI's software did not go smoothly for me. I found that the materials provided were often repetitive and did not cover practical aspects well enough. Each day brought a new technical issue; for example, the dialer frequently disconnected, and the database updates sometimes delayed, causing disruptions. The automatic updates often changed interface elements without proper notification, making the onboarding confusing. I consistently had to rely on telephonic support, but their responses were slow and rarely resolved the issues. Despite following every step in the training, the workflow integration remained incomplete, and I was left unsure whether I understood the software fully. The sign-up and invoicing system posed no particular problems, but they did little to improve the experience. Overall, the entire training and onboarding phase felt frustrating and inefficient. Nothing worked seamlessly, and I was constantly adjusting to new problems rather than mastering skills. This ongoing difficulty made me question whether the software suits typical daily use or if it requires more robust support mechanisms than what was offered. I did not find enough guidance or stability in the entire process to feel confident about moving forward.
