Training and onboarding felt generally familiar
Comparing this onboarding experience with others I’ve used previously, it felt largely familiar and straightforward. The initial training covered the software’s key features, including the dialer and database capabilities, in a structured way that made adapting easier. However, this time I noticed the training pace was a bit quicker than I’m used to, which meant there were moments I had to replay videos or review documents to fully grasp some concepts. While the support team was available when I asked for clarifications, I did miss having more interactive sessions to immediately address doubts. The automatic updates didn’t disrupt the workflow, which was a relief, especially during early use. Payment and invoicing went smoothly without surprises, maintaining consistency with my past experiences. Considering all this, the whole package felt like a solid upgrade but with a slight reservation regarding the intensity of the initial training segment. Overall, it was a balanced onboarding experience that met most of my expectations but left a small room for personalization in pace and interactivity.
