Training and onboarding felt balanced, but not effortless
My experience with the training and onboarding for the WFHI software left me feeling generally positive but aware of some nuances. The initial setup was largely a one-off effort, especially when registering and completing the sign-up forms. Training materials were comprehensive and accessible, which I found helpful, though it required multiple sessions rather than a single continuous course to grasp all the tools well. The autopilot updates helped to keep software features current without manual input, so ongoing maintenance felt lighter. However, some parts, like getting used to the database within my workflow, needed ongoing attention and practice to operate smoothly. The balance between one-off procedures and continuous learning made the process manageable but not entirely effortless. That balance seemed reasonable considering the software’s complexity, but I wouldn’t say it was seamless from the start.
