Training and onboarding felt a bit up and down overall

I found the whole training and onboarding experience with the software to be somewhat of a mixed bag. On the one hand, certain parts like setting up the database and trying out the dialer were explained clearly enough for me to move ahead without too much trouble. Some of the features seemed straightforward once I took the time to explore. But on the other hand, some of the instructions felt vague, especially when it came to understanding automatic updates and how they might impact my daily workflow. Sometimes I thought the training was a bit rushed, leaving me wondering if I really absorbed what I was supposed to. As I went back and forth through the materials and used the calling tools over a typical week, I noticed gaps in my knowledge that made me hesitant. It didn’t help that support was a little slow or minimal with explanations when I called. Then again, I suppose some of this learning curve is natural when working remotely and with new software. So I'd say overall it feels somewhere between 'significant effort needed' and 'manageable with persistence'. I keep revisiting parts of the database setup but still feel like I’m catching up. The payment process and invoicing went fine, so at least that part didn't add stress. Looking back, I can say the training left me confident in some areas but unsure in others — a bit of a mixed feeling.
