Training and onboarding feel thoda tedious and not fully clear
Mujhe laga training aur onboarding jo WFHI ka hai, pura smooth experience nahi tha. Setup main kaafi time laga, specially jab initial steps kar rahi thi, things thodisi confusing thi. Ek baar jo main software samajh gayi, toh baad ke phases thode manageable lage. Par continuous support jaisa mujhe chahiye tha during setup, vo consistent nahi mila. Kabhi kabhi lagta tha ki jo ek baar ka setup hai, uske baad bhi mujhe baar-baar kuch steps manually repeat karne pad rahe hain, jo thoda frustrating hai. Training sessions main bhi zyada practical examples ki kami thi, toh application ka use samajhne main main fuss karti thi. Overall, mujhe lagta hai ki onboarding thoda zyada complicated tha, aur shayad ongoing learning ka bhi system better ho sakta tha. Lekin database feature jo hai, vo sahi hai, aur calling tools bhi usable hain. Agar training structure simple banaya jaye aur baar baar steps na repeat karne pade, toh ye process better ho sakta hai. Filhaal toh thoda time zyada lagta hai samajhne mein.
