Training and Onboarding: Fairly Straightforward
I found the training and onboarding materials provided by WFHI fairly straightforward to navigate. The software interface was logically structured, which made locating different features quite intuitive. At times, the instructions felt a bit general and I wished for more detailed guidance on how each tool integrates within real workflows. However, the video tutorials were helpful in filling some of those gaps. Compared to my previous experiences with similar software, this was definitely easier, but not without some learning curve. The database feature setup took some extra time because the details were sparse. Despite minor setbacks, I appreciate the overall onboarding flow. The invoicing and payment steps were clearly outlined, ensuring no confusion. Summing up, the onboarding process was good enough and practical, although a bit more depth in training content could make it even better.
