training and onboarding: fair mix of hits and misses
When I first started with WFHI, I expected the onboarding to be more streamlined. The training materials promised easy-to-follow steps, but in reality, it was a bit patchy. Finding specific training modules was sometimes tricky because the navigation wasn’t as intuitive as I hoped. On the positive side, the basic tutorials were reasonably clear, and I could understand the main workflows after some effort. However, some parts of the onboarding felt rushed or incomplete, leaving me to figure out certain features on my own. Compared to other platforms I’ve tried, WFHI's setup felt halfway between straightforward and unnecessarily complex. The database integration training worked well and helped me organize information effectively, but the dialer module guidance was lacking in detail. Overall, I think the training and onboarding service is adequate but definitely leaves room for improvement. I’d say it's a decent start, but they need to bridge the gaps to meet the expectations set initially.
