Training and onboarding experience feeling thoda out of sync
Mere liye training aur onboarding ka process thoda ajeeb raha because steps mein coherence kam thi. Mujhe laga ki jab mai pehla step complete kar rahi thi, toh doosre step ka sequence logically connected nahi tha. Sab kuch thoda out of order lag raha tha, jisse main confuse ho gayi ki agla step kya karungi. Training material delivered tha, par wo stepwise arrangement se nahi tha jaisa expect karti thi. Presentation aur instructions decent thi, magar jab steps ka sequence barabar nahi hota, toh learning experience effective nahi hota. Mujhe laga ki agar process ko clearly structure karke logical flow di jaye, toh user experience better ho sakta hai. Thoda warm environment tha, but without sensible order it felt less supportive. Baaki software ka setup seamless tha, par onboarding ke liye mujhe yeh point samajhna zaroori laga. Overall feel yahi tha ki thoda gap hai training aur onboarding ke beech, jo address karna chahiye.
