Training and onboarding: disappointing experience
The onboarding process required a significant amount of self-navigation and figuring things without direct guidance. While there were training materials provided, they often lacked depth and left many aspects unexplained. This forced me to spend additional time experimenting on the software unnecessarily. A formal, clearer structure or more interactive sessions would have been preferable. The initial setup steps were ambiguous, and at times, I felt abandoned to troubleshoot issues alone. Despite some minor resources available, the overall experience did not meet expectations for a smooth and comprehensive onboarding. This affected efficiency in starting remote workflows through the software.
