Training and onboarding definitely not well ordered
Hey, I want to tell you honestly about my experience with WFHI's training and onboarding steps. Honestly, it felt all over the place. Some modules were coming way before they actually made sense to me, like I was expected to know stuff I hadn't even seen yet. They jumped right into the calling tools before we even did much with the database feature, which felt super confusing. And then the onboarding flow seemed like a checklist rather than a smooth path. I feel like the order of steps shouldn't require so much back and forth or relearning. Also, the training videos were decent but I would have preferred more hands-on exercises earlier on. I get that everyone learns differently, but the whole process made me want to stop a few times. The only good thing I can say is that the support calls were helpful when I needed clarification. So yeah, my verdict? The training sequence needs serious rethinking if they want it to be user-friendly from the get-go.
