Training and Onboarding: Clear for Some, Confusing Labels for Others

I had high hopes for the training and onboarding process, but my experience was mixed. The initial modules were quite straightforward; the software walkthroughs and step-by-step guides made it easy to get started with the software interface and calling tools. However, some of the labels used in the training content were rather unclear and caused a bit of confusion. For instance, certain dashboard options and features weren't described in a way that matched what I saw on the screen, so I often had to guess what actions were required. I appreciate that the training tried to cover everything comprehensively, but the jargon-heavy wording sometimes made it hard to follow. I would say the onboarding works well for people already familiar with remote workflows or tech-savvy users, but it may present difficulties for beginners like me. That said, I liked that the training included practical examples and real use cases which helped make things relatable. A small reservation I have is that some sections could benefit from simplified language or more intuitive labeling to ensure clarity for everyone. Overall, it has potential, but the experience felt inconsistent for me, balancing between helpful guidance and moments of frustration during learning.
