Training and onboarding: balanced but not exceptional
My experience with the training and onboarding was mixed overall. When I started, I found the initial setup process quite straightforward compared to others I had tried before. The step-by-step guidance helped me get the basics done without much trouble, which was reassuring. However, once I moved past the beginner phase, I felt that some parts of the onboarding didn't quite match the detail or engagement I expected. The training materials sometimes repeated information rather than offering new insights. On the plus side, the database integration was something I hadn’t seen in earlier software, and it did help me organize things better. So, it’s definitely not bad, but I wouldn’t say it blew me away either. Overall, I think it served its purpose well enough and could be a solid choice if you want something straightforward but aren’t expecting anything too advanced from the training and onboarding experience.
