Training and onboarding: a mix of helpful and frustrating
The training and onboarding process with WFHI was a combination of positives and negatives that I feel are worth sharing. On one hand, the initial training materials were fairly comprehensive, explaining the dialer, database features, and software workflow in a structured way. This helped me get a grasp on how to integrate the tools into my remote tasks effectively. However, day-to-day use after onboarding revealed several issues. Some of the automatic updates introduced changes without clear notification, causing confusion and requiring re-learning of certain steps. Also, accessing some features felt less intuitive than anticipated, which slowed down productivity. On the plus side, telephonic support was available when I reached out, and they assisted patiently with queries, though wait times were sometimes longer than I hoped. The sign-up and invoicing process was smooth with understandable payment instructions. Overall, I found the training and ongoing software experience is a work in progress: there are helpful elements in the training, but the lack of consistent, clear updates and some usability quirks are frustrating. Improvement in communication about software changes would be appreciated.
