Training and onboarding – a bit disjointed overall
The onboarding sequence in the training module felt somewhat out of order and disrupted the learning flow for me. Initially, I was glad to see structured steps, but as I progressed, the logic was inconsistent. For instance, I encountered some features before basic concepts were fully explained, leaving me confused. On the other hand, the platform provided comprehensive manuals and video tutorials that were helpful once I reached the relevant section, though finding those took some effort. The sign-up and initial invoicing process worked smoothly, but the transition from sign-up to accessing training was not seamless. It took me a while to understand when automatic updates happened and what impact they had on my current setup since that was not clearly described early on. I appreciate telephonic support was available but I didn’t want to rely on it frequently during onboarding. Overall, the steps were there but the sequence could be more thoughtfully arranged to give a consistent and logical progression. The whole thing left me feeling like a patchwork instead of a streamlined introduction, which affected my confidence initially in using the software.
