totally disappointed and not confident anymore
Frankly, I didn't feel confident at all by the end of my interactions with the support team. Every time I called, it just seemed like no one really knew what they were talking about or was able to provide a clear solution. The dialer tool kept acting up and when I reached out for help, the responses were slow and incomplete. I kept getting bounced around from one person to another without any real progress. Honestly, the whole process felt frustrating and I am left doubting if this software is reliable. It’s disappointing because I wanted to get things going smoothly but instead, time and again, I ran into problems that no one seemed able to fix. So yeah, definitely not a great experience and now I hesitate before depending on this system at all.
