Mujhe bilkul acha experience nahi mila WFHI se, pehle jo maine software use kiya tha uss se compare karu toh yeh bahut complicated aur slow lagta hai. Training bhi confusing thi aur product ke labels theek se samajh nahi aaye. Customer support bhi expected jaisa helpful nahi tha, kyunki mujhe baar-baar repeat karna padta tha apni problems. Jo dialer tha woh bar-bar freeze karta tha aur database update ka kaam bhi consistently nahi karta tha. Invoice and payment process bhi theek se nahi samjhaya gaya tha, isliye mujhe kaafi pareshaani hui. Overall, mujhe lagta hai ki yeh product mere liye suitable nahi hai aur main dobara use nahi karungi.
