I found the support quite lacking to be honest. Things weren’t explained very clearly, which just left me more confused than before. Each time I reached out for help, the responses were vague and didn’t really help solve my issues. It's been a frustrating experience, and I feel like I'm not getting the assistance I need to make sense of the software.
