Took way too much effort compared to previous platforms
Reflecting back on my experience, trying out WFHI software ended up being way more difficult than I anticipated, especially compared to what I was used to before. Initially, I was hopeful because the idea of remote workflow training and integrated calling tools seemed promising. However, the sign-up process felt unnecessarily complicated for someone who just wanted a straightforward setup. The onboarding flow was clunky and not very intuitive, making it hard to get started. Telephonic support was there, but often not very responsive or helpful in solving deeper technical issues. Unlike the previous platform I used, the automatic updates sometimes caused disruptions instead of smooth improvements. The billing and invoicing were confusing at first, and I had to spend extra time to understand them fully. Overall, the entire journey required more effort and patience than I was willing to give, and even weeks later, I still felt I had not made good use of the software or training. It really took a lot more than expected.
