Took way too long to get clear support
I found the support process really frustrating because it took far too long to get the right help. The instructions they gave were confusing and didn’t follow a sensible sequence; at first, I was told to try things that made no sense with the product’s settings. Then, they had me repeat steps I already knew worked before moving on. Overall, the communication felt disjointed and added to my annoyance. Eventually, I gave up after waiting too long on multiple calls, and the issue still wasn't resolved. The whole experience wasted a lot of my time and I don’t recommend relying on support if you want quick and logical answers or help. The steps should be clearer and happen faster for people using the software regularly.
