Yaar, main starting mein soch raha tha ki support fast milegi but honestly it was super slow. Jab main call kiya, lagta tha jaise mera message kisi ko mila hi nahi. Itni der se reply aaye ki main frustrated ho gaya. Main to expect kar raha tha ki thoda fast solution milega, but wait karne ka time itna bada tha ki kaam delay ho gaya. Chat mein bhi baar baar same baat batani padti thi, aur laga ki koi clear communication nahi ho rahi. Dialer aur database issues bhi waise hi rahe, kuch set karna mushkil tha without proper guidance. Yeh sab milake mujhe laga ki inki support system ko thoda update karna chahiye, warna phone ya chat se kuch solve nahi hota. Agar main dubara kuch lene bhi bhi, toh sochunga ki support kitna fast milega pehle.
