Took way too long just to start, honestly
Honestly, getting going with the WFHI software was pretty frustrating. It wasn’t like I could just log in and start working immediately. The onboarding felt like dragging through several unnecessarily long steps, and it seemed like every time I thought I had access sorted, some part of the system would lock me out or throw an error. No doubt, the software itself runs okay once you're past that initial mess, and some features like the database synced well with my workflow, which I appreciated. Still, the time I spent just trying to get the calling tools to work properly — especially the dialer — was way too long. I mean, it really slowed down what should have been a quick setup process. The automatic updates sometimes fixed bugs but other times introduced new quirks that weren’t immediately explained. All in all, if they could speed up the access and onboarding parts, I’d be more inclined to recommend it, but right now it felt more trouble than it was worth.
